My mind was racing, looking at our budget and the income coming in! The next six months were going to be very tight! I had to do something! We were barely making it with one full income, or I should say reduced income and one which was barely part time. I had to get ahead and make a difference in our finances somehow. But I didn’t want to end up some kind of statistic where I found myself taken advantage of, so I was a bit skeptical when I began looking for additional income online. So I put together what I found out so that you don’t end up a statistic. Here are three mistakes to avoid.

1. Everything At Once

Online business is a learning process, take baby steps, find something you can do and stick to it! Don’t jump around from one thing to the other, decide on something and invest time to make it work.

2. No Passion…What Are You About?

Don’t get involved in something you don’t really care about. You need to care or have a passion for something that you want to make money at, if you don’t you will not succeed.

3. Don’t Rush

It’s easy to get caught up in the crunch that you feel at the moment and stress or feel pressure to make money immediately. While you can see some money in a few days, making large amounts of money immediately is not typically feasible.

What’s Legit…

Article Marketing, is legit a great business possibility, this is where you write about a topic and get paid, this is an option which requires VERY LITTLE TECHNICAL SKILL.

LITTLE MONEY…you don’t need to invest a lot of money to make this work, a small amount like a how to guide is reasonable. BUT NO MORE.

For ANY PROGRAM TO BE WORTH YOUR WHILE… there must be a detailed plan in place.

What made Article Marketing work for me, I had a plan that didn’t assume I knew anything. I learned that the main thing I needed to do was write on something I cared about! I could to this! I didn’t need to be a technical genius, I needed to be able to get on the internet, I saw that everything else can be learned.
