To achieve this goal I knew that I had to learn a lot more.  I started studying from others that were achieving the kind of success and freedom that I wanted.

After a couple of years I actually stumbled on something that was to be a major turning point for me and my family.

Establishing my “WHY” was a major turning point for me.  It may not seem like much for you but it put everything in perspective for me.  And that was the spark that I needed to achieve my goal.

Once I established my “Why” I was able to set a course of productive goal-setting that allowed me to keep sight on my prize.  It allowed me to work through setbacks and challenges that I was faced with along the way.  It allowed me to maintain my focus, which has always been an issue for me.

Having my well established has helped me become very successful in Business.  It has allowed me to be coachable and it has allowed me to succeed.

And this stage in the game I want to focus on two things… Finding leaders and helping them with what I learned, and providing easy to implement tactics that they can use in their business to grow it.
